California Teacher Watchlist: Stuff Animal Used to Indoctrinate Children
December 03, 2022
One Los Angeles Unified School District Teacher, Skye Tooley, went on Tik Tok to share her tools for indoctrinating children. By using a stuffed animal unicorn, the teacher has children practice using pronouns to describe the “gender-fluid” kids’ toy. There also is a stuffed animal Narwhal that has “they/them pronouns.”
Tooley said, "educators specifically on the elementary side will be like, 'Well, I can't teach LGBTQ+ because they're just not ready for that.… Our kids … are queer. They're questioning, they're wondering. They want to see this. You should just be discussing it so that people know how to show respect and empathy."
